If you still need help please contact us and we’ll be more than happy answer any additional questions.

Q: Is there a fee if I reach out to my financial professional for advice?

No. Never.

Q. Will I have an opportunity to meet with my financial professional to review my current financial plan, accounts, or policies?

Yes. Definitely. At a minimum, you will be contacted by our office (usually via email) at least once a year to schedule a time with your financial professional to review and update any plan or policies.

Q: What do I do if I need to change my contact information?

The easiest and most efficient way is to email our Director of Client Services, Amanda Staples at astaples@mycornerstonewealth.com.

Be sure to include any updated information including home/work/mailing address, home/work/cell number, or email addresses. It is also helpful to note your communication preferences. We also recommend you update your contact information directly with any institutions where you have accounts (ex: American Funds and Prudential).

If you need contact information for these institutions, do not hesitate to ask or you can find them on our website under Client Login.

Q: How do I get a distribution from my investment account sent directly to my bank account, and how long does it take?

A Standing ACH Authorization form or Move Money Form is needed. These create a link to your bank allowing us to send money directly to or from your investment account to your bank and vice versa. Once the link is established, your distribution will take 24 to 48 hours to reach your bank account. If you do not have this form on file, it takes 4 business days for the form to process and the link to be “live,” then 24 to 48 hours to reach your bank account.

For IRA Distributions an IRA/ESA Distribution Request form is needed. We have the ability to establish standing tax withholding elections in your IRA which creates a link to your bank and allows us to send RMD’s and other income needs directly to your bank upon request. Monthly withdrawals are also available to have the funds sent to you periodically.

All distribution requests must be requested verbally. The best way to request a distribution is to call our Director of Client Services, Amanda Staples, at (405) 408-4081.

If you do make a request through email, please expect a call from Amanda to confirm your request.

Q: What does my beneficiary do if I pass?

Make sure your beneficiary has your financial professional’s contact information. Please reference the Instructions to Beneficiary which was provided to you at the time your policy was issued. If you cannot locate it, please email our Director of Client Services, Amanda Staples at astaples@mycornerstonewealth.com for an additional copy.

Q: What do I do if my bank draft information changes?

You will need to complete A Standing ACH Authorization form or Move Money Form depending on your service type.

The easiest and most efficient way is to email our Director of Client Services, Amanda Staples at astaples@mycornerstonewealth.com Please be sure to include your account or policy numbers if available. She will send you the correct form with instructions to complete.

Please note, the signed form must be received 10 business days before the current draft date OR requested draft date.
